Battle Worn
For Those Who Serve and Those Who Love Them
The weight of service does not end when the shift does.
Behind every badge, uniform and call to serve is a person navigating the demands of an extraordinary profession--and often a family carrying those demands alongside them.
Battle Worn is dedicated to supporting first responders, military personnel, and their families through practical education, relationship resources, workshops, and tools for building communication and resilience.
From the challenges of marriage and parenting to stress, communication, identity and the life beyond the uniform, our mission is to help you strengthen what matters most.
Because those who spend their lives showing up for others deserve support, too.
You are not alone. You are not the only one.
Our First Responder Specialty Coaching is dedicated to those who serve on the frontlines during emergencies—police officers, firefighters, military personnel, mental health practitioners, medical staff, dispatchers, clergy, and more. We understand the immense responsibility you carry and the impact it has on your health and relationships. It presents unique challenges that require unique solutions.
The Unique Weight of Service
Those in critical service roles, and their families, navigate challenges that don't always fit neatly into ordinary life. Long shifts, unpredictable schedules, repeated exposure to trauma, and the pressure to remain strong can follow you home, affecting communication, connection, parenting, and emotional well-being.
The transition from serving others to being fully present with those you love isn't always easy. And while the demands of service are unique, the need for understanding, connection and a healthy life beyond the call is universal.
You don't have to wait until something is broken to begin strengthening what matters.
Our Approach
At Battle Worn, we believe resilience isn't about carrying everything alone. It's about developing the tools, relationships, and support systems that help you navigate life's challenges both on and off duty.
Drawing from decades of firsthand experience as a first responder family, we offer practical teaching, workshops, and resources designed to strengthen marriages, support families, improve communication, and build emotional resilience.
Our approach combines real-life understanding, honest conversations, humor, and actionable strategies that fit the unique realities of those who serve.
Because strength isn't silence, asking for back up, or reaching out to a battle buddy.
