My Story

Out of my greatest pain came my life's work.  Due to the suffering and abuse that I experienced as a child, it created aftershocks that rumbled throughout my life for years.  Because I was not treated as valuable, I had no value; therefore, I didn’t expect to be treated with it, expect it or even desire it.  I went through horrible relationships, lack of boundaries, struggled with anxiety/depression and was tangled in lies that I believed.  I bought in to the lie that I was alone, deficient and damaged and conducted my life accordingly.  Through years of hard work, I finally was freed. The first part of my life was pain, and then I entered a chapter of “pain with a purpose” which was when I began to challenge, rebuild, and reconstruct.  I have a learned a few things along the way that I love to share with others to help their journey be a bit easier.  I am always honored to be a battle buddy who offers honesty, suggestions and perhaps a different way of looking at things.

You are not alone, and you are not the only one.

Be blessed. Be well.
